Use of the GovQA system for submittal and receipt of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests requires that an account be created using an email address. If you do not wish to create an account on GovQA, you may submit your FOIA request by U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail, in person, or over the phone.
