Murrieta, CA Public Records Center
The City of Murrieta is currently transitioning its records to a new records management system and as a result, the City is unable to access certain records for an estimated time period of 2 to 6 months as the City migrates data from the old system to the new system. The following categories of records will be temporarily unavailable for inspection in response to public record requests:
Engineering: All Utility Permits, except such permits which are currently active or processed after April 2023.
Building: All Building Permits, except such permits which are currently active or processed after April 2023.
Fire: All Fire Permits and Fire Plans going back to 2004, except such permits and plans which are currently active or processed after April 2023.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we complete this transition.
